"Factory, Home, Creator" is an immersive theater production that invites you to step into the lives of everyday individuals, sharing their personal journeys and reflections on work, life, and what there is between.

Factory, Home, Creator draws inspiration from the workers' struggles that took place at the Of-Ar factory, which stands abandoned across the road from the "home of the creator" factory, "home of the creator" is a rehabilitative factory, set in the town Ofakim, that employs individuals with various disabilities and provides them with tools to integrate into the workforce, this show brings the workers of the factory to the spotlight.

During the creative process, we asked questions about what a workplace should provide, about workers’ rights, what happens when you don't want to work, and what are labor relations. Into this space, the audience was invited to be asked and to ask the actors about their dreams? Do we fulfill dreams at work? And how?

The show premiered at the 2023 Midarom Festival in Ofakim and continues to run by invitation, in schools, and at closed events.
